SwarnBill lets jewellery businesses create bills, track stock and customer ledgers, and sync them between phones. You must be 18 or older and authorised to act for your business.
Plans: LITE ₹51/month or ₹501/year, PRO ₹151/month or ₹1,501/year, MAX ₹251/month or ₹2,501/year (final price and taxes are shown at purchase). A new shop gets a free trial. Plans renew automatically until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the paid period ends. Payments are handled by Google Play (Android) or Razorpay (web) and their refund rules apply. Your plan turns on only after the payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
After a short grace period the account becomes read-only: you can still view, export and renew, but cannot add or change records. We do not delete your data because a plan ended.
Your business data belongs to you. You can download or delete it at any time (see the Privacy Policy). Keep your PIN and staff passwords private; you are responsible for actions by staff you authorise.
The app helps you prepare bills and records but does not replace professional advice. Check tax, GST, hallmarking and other legal details of every bill yourself or with your accountant. Do not misuse, reverse-engineer or overload the service.
We work to keep the service running and take daily encrypted backups, but cannot promise uninterrupted service. The app can still open offline; changes sync when you are back online.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for results of wrong data entered by you or your staff.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.
Indian law applies; courts at East Champaran, Bihar have jurisdiction, subject to your rights under consumer law.
