Good to know
Will I lose my data if I lose or change my phone?
No. Your shop lives in your secure cloud account. Install the app on any phone, sign in with your e-mail, PIN and the e-mail code, and everything comes back.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. You can keep billing offline; changes upload automatically when the connection returns.
What happens if I stop paying?
After a short grace period your account becomes read-only: you can still view and export everything and can renew any time. We never delete your data because a plan ended.
Can my staff use their own phones?
Yes (Pro and Max). Each staff member signs in with your Shop ID, their Staff ID and password, and sees only what you allow.
Is it right for wholesale and silver shops too?

How do I get help?
